SHIPPING POLICY
Standard Shipping:
- Standard shipping will apply to all orders. Shipments should arrive within 2-5 business days from the date ordered.
- Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time will be placed the next business day.
- At EMPURECAL, we use carriers with the best rate within our system. From time to time, there may be items that are out-of-stock and will have delayed shipping. A full refund can be provided.
- EMPURECAL does not ship Internationally or to the U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.) at this time.
PAYMENT POLICY
EMPURECAL accepts payments by any of the following methods:
- Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit and Debit Cards and PayPal.
We DO NOT accept payment by cash.
We DO NOT accept orders over $200.00.
RETURN POLICY
Please note that our Return Policy only applies to all products purchased from www.EMPURECAL.com and not from our retailer’s sites, nor other websites or retail stores. Customers should consult the return policy of the original place of purchase.
Due to the nature of the products there are no returns on EMPURECAL products. Full refunds will be provided on purchases that are not received and product damaged during shipping. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used to purchase.
Damaged and wrongly shipped items may be requested to be returned to us within 30 days at no cost to the purchaser unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done.
